The KAWACH Vardi has Multi layers. Layer-1 (inner layer) – ultra-soft cotton fabric, bio-washed fabric for anti-allergic, comfortable and extra filtration; Layer-2 (middle filter layer) melt-blown/spun bond technology based nonwoven filter system for ultra-high filtration greater than 99% at 3 micron; Layer-3 (outer layer) woven fabric (developed from the recycling of army uniforms) for first layer protection from large particles and splash. Filtration is tested as per ASTM Standards from a NABL Accredited Lab. When do I want to change my KAWACH? When you start having issues in breathing at the same time as wearing the mask, it is time to change; How to care for KAWACH? Following are washing instructions: a) Hand wash in Luke warm water (30-40 degrees), b) Do not use bleach, c) Line Dry, d) Do not squeeze or rinse, e) No Steam Press; Iron at less than 60 Degree; Is KAWACH really helpful for high-risk healthcare professionals? KAWACH is only really helpful for most of the people with a low risk of exposure.

COMFORTABLE and BRETHABLE: Inner Fabric layer are made of 100% cotton giving very soft touch to skin, easy to wear for longer hours. Outer fabric cloth (obtained from recycling of army uniforms) is in woven construction, mask is comfortable to wear in hot weather, dries faster
LIGHT WEIGHT and ADJUSTABLE SIZE: Pack accommodates Kawach masks with attached flexible nose pin for improved compliance, and adjustable ear loop for extra comfort to ear. Ultra-soft elastic & universal fit design with maximum face covering. Mask is light weight and super breathable without compromising protection
3 LAYER PROTECTION: The mask filtration a 3 layer filtration system, having 99% filtration at PM3. The middle filter layer is uniquely engineered with microfibers the use of melt-blown/spun-bond technology to give protection to from Pollutants, Dust, Spore, Smog, Allergen, and other micro particles
WASHABLE & REUSABLE: Easy to wash under gentle washing condition, will also be washed and reused up to 10-30 washes
